RainbowComputech.Com uses DTDC Courier as its carrier for shipments.

Courier Charges - Rs.50/- anywhere in India.

Orders can be Expected within 1-2 business days after shipping from our Fulfilment Centre Monday through Saturday, We do not ship on public holidays. You will receive an e-mail when we despatch your order.

Returns

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the RainbowComputech.Com team.

If an item ordered by you on RainbowComputech.Com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at support@rainbowcomputech.com for a replacement, and return the product. When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will send you a new item as soon as we receive the damaged / defective item.
